Product Warranty Content

Product Warranty Period

The product warranty period is one year starting from the day of purchase.

 

Product After-sales Service

  1. If any product defect has been discovered, please apply for replacement with the product warranty card or the original purchase proof to the original agency or the headquarters within 7 days.
    No return or replacement will be accepted for lost, defect, scratched or damaged due to inappropriate usage or human factors.
  2. Please attach NT$150 for postage together with the warranty card to Giantec Co., Ltd. for repair and maintenance under normal usage (evaluated by the agency and our company) within the one-year after-sale product warranty period.
  3. If damage is caused to ZIV glasses frame, temples, accessories or lenses due to inappropriate usage within the warranty period, please attach NT$150 of postage to Giantec Co., Ltd., f the product cannot be repaired, ZIV will replace a whole new pair of glasses with the same model/same color for you, cost 60% of the original price.
  4. When you are dissatisfied with the product and would like to return the product, please maintain the original appearance as well as intactness (including the packaging box, packaging bag, product, accessories, gifts and all attached documents) of the product, and return it to the original agency or the headquarters together with the warranty card within 7 days of purchase.
  5. The return of the product (including accessories) and the gifts (including labels, static label, lenses, glasses case, string pouch, temples been adjusted etc.) will not be accepted if they have been opened and used.
  6. This warranty is only effective for the product itself, and does not include other gifts.
  7. In order to maintain your rights, you should ask the agency to fill out the purchase date and store stamp immediately to put the warranty service in effect.

Service charge – (Applicants of the following conditions will need to be charged for material/maintenance & repair fees)

  1. The product warranty has expired.
  2. The warranty card has been altered or is difficult to identify.
  3. Product malfunction and damage was caused by unavoidable natural disasters.
  4. Product has been used inappropriately, altered or abused to damage due to human factors within the warranty period.

Legal rights under the sale of consumer products act are not affected by this warranty.
